PROCESS
1. Fill out online application.
2. Talk to a counselor in our office to construct a budget.
3. Acquire credit reports and credit scores from Equifax and Trans Union Credit Reporting.
4. Find your home.
5. Fill out lease and purchase agreement.
6. Submit your required down payment.
7. Move into your home.
8. Sign title transfer, transferring home into your name after 3 years.
